I look up to Nozibele Mayaba because she stands for people who are HIV positive like me. She made it easy for me to be proud of myself and be able to accept my status. It was never easy at first until I started following her on her social media accounts. The way she advocated for people living with HIV made me realise that it’s not the end of the world but a new chapter for yourself. Made me stand out for myself and face the reality that whatever happens happens for a reason and I am the reason.
